Welcome to HoneycombStock! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services. By accessing or using HoneycombStock, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

  • "Service" refers to the inventory management tool provided by HoneycombStock.

  • "User" refers to anyone using or accessing the service.

  • "We," "Us," "Our" refers to HoneycombStock.

 

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use HoneycombStock. By using the service, you confirm that you meet the age requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these terms.

 

4. Use of Service

  • You agree to use HoneycombStock for lawful purposes only.

  • You must not misuse the service, including attempting to gain unauthorized access or disrupting the operation of the service.

  • HoneycombStock is designed specifically for inventory management related to Etsy shops. We do not guarantee that the service will work for other platforms or use cases.

 

5. User Account

  • To use the full functionality of HoneycombStock, you must create an account.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating your account.

 

6. Payment and Billing

  • Free Beta Period: During the beta period, the service will be free to use for a period of 6 months.

  • Subscription Fees: After the beta period, users will be charged a 50% lifetime discount on the standard subscription fees.

  • Payments are processed via Stripe and are subject to their terms.

 

7. Cancellation and Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

  • If you cancel your account, your access to HoneycombStock will be terminated at the end of your billing cycle.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate any of these terms.

 

8. Intellectual Property

  • The term 'Etsy' is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This application uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy.​

  • All content, trademarks, and software related to HoneycombStock are owned by or licensed to us.

  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use HoneycombStock for your personal or business purposes.

  • You may not modify, copy, or distribute any part of the service without written permission.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

  • HoneycombStock is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind.

  • We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or damages arising from your use of the service.

  • Our total liability for any claims related to the service will not exceed the amount paid by you to HoneycombStock in the 12 months preceding the claim.

  • By using HoneycombStock, you (and any future rights holders) agree not to bring any legal claims against HoneycombStock or its users for issues related to intellectual property, data breaches, security, or data protection arising from your shop's use of the software, or from the HoneycombStock technologies required for its integration.

  • By using HoneycombStock, you agree to the collection and use of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

 

11. Changes to the Terms
